Off the Prompt is an independent G Talks Tech project operated by Garrett Masters. This site collects design feedback while samples and pricing are being finalized. It does not take orders.

One-click interest

We save the design you choose, its timestamp, and a random browser identifier. A first-party cookie named otp_browser lasts up to 90 days so repeat clicks do not count twice and your choices can be restored. Browser responses are not verified people or purchases. Clearing cookies or using another browser can create another identifier.

Launch registration

Your email is optional and stored separately from the browser’s design feedback. Registering requests Off the Prompt launch announcements from Garrett. We store the email, registration time, and version of that request. Email addresses are not verified by this registration form. We do not publish or sell them.

Storage and protection

Responses are stored privately using Cloudflare D1. To limit automated submissions, we briefly store a salted, rotating digest of the request’s source address, rather than the address itself; those records expire within ten minutes and are removed during subsequent submissions. Cloudflare also processes requests to host and protect the site. There are no advertising pixels or public customer lists.

Contact and removal

Email [email protected] to unsubscribe, request deletion, or ask about your data. Include “stop” to stop launch announcements. Registration data is kept while this collection is being validated and launched; if the experiment ends, the registration list will be deleted. Browser response records will be reviewed and deleted or aggregated after 90 days.
